Welcome to The Garden
In every seed, there’s a story.
The Garden is where those stories take root—
where we slow down, breathe deep,
and remember that growth is both tender and wild.
Born from Soil to Self,
this is a place to plant intentions,
nurture your roots,
and bloom alongside others on their own journeys.
Here, your growth is welcome.
Your blooms are celebrated.
Your soil is sacred.

About The Garden
The Garden is a community space—a living, breathing ecosystem of growth, connection, and healing. It’s where people from all walks of life come to plant seeds of intention, nurture their personal growth, and bloom in their own unique ways. Here, you’ll find a supportive circle for reflection, conversation, and shared experience. Whether you’re a Soil to Self participant or simply someone seeking a softer, more intentional way to care for your mind and spirit, The Garden offers a place to pause, root down, and grow together.
Our Story
Soil to Self began with a simple truth: we are all like gardens—our well-being depends on the quality of the “soil” we grow in. When our soil is nourished, tended to, and given space to rest, we flourish.
Created by Dr. Breigh Jones-Coplin, Soil to Self blends psychology, mindfulness, and the natural world to guide people toward deeper self-awareness, resilience, and healing. Through a mix of reflective practices, nature-based metaphors, and creative exercises, the program invites you to slow down, connect inward, and rediscover your own capacity for growth.
Over time, Soil to Self has become more than a program—it became a movement. People from across the country have joined in workshops, used the workbook, and experienced the power of tending to their “inner garden.”
Where The Garden Fits In
The Garden was created as the natural next step—a home where the seeds planted in Soil to Self can continue to grow.
Here’s what makes The Garden special:
Connection – Meet others who are also walking the path of growth and healing.
Reflection – Engage with prompts, journaling exercises, and seasonal challenges.
Learning – Access articles, resources, and stories that deepen your journey.
Expression – Share your blooms—your insights, your art, your wins—with a community that celebrates you.
Whether you’ve completed Soil to Self or are just beginning, The Garden is here to remind you: growth takes time, and you don’t have to do it alone.
